By downloading, accessing, or playing AIRROW, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

AIRROW is published by bugyellow. These terms are a first draft for launch preparation and may be updated before public store submission.

License

bugyellow grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AIRROW for personal entertainment. You do not receive ownership of AIRROW, its code, art, game design, names, or other content.

Fair Play and Prohibited Use

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, tamper with rewards, or interfere with normal app operation.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, sell, or sublicense AIRROW except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Do not use AIRROW in a way that violates laws, store policies, third-party rights, or these terms.
Do not abuse support channels or submit harmful, misleading, or unlawful content in support messages.

Ads, Rewards, and Virtual Items

AIRROW may show ads, including rewarded ads. Rewards, skins, coins, progress, and similar virtual items are for gameplay only. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money.

AIRROW currently has no in-app purchases. If purchases are added later, these terms and the privacy policy should be updated before release.

Availability and Changes

AIRROW currently has no account system. If account, online service, or enforcement features are added later, these terms should be updated before those features are released.

We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of AIRROW. Some features may depend on device compatibility, app store availability, advertising providers, or internet access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You can contact us at bugyellow2021@gmail.com. If you send ideas, bug reports, or feedback, you allow bugyellow to use them to improve AIRROW without compensation or obligation.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

AIRROW is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, bugyellow disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AIRROW.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when AIRROW changes or when store, legal, or operational needs change. The updated date above will be revised when this page changes materially.
