Install or update problems

Check that your device has enough free storage and that AIRROW is installed from an official app store. If the issue continues, email support with the store error text.

Rewarded ad did not grant a reward

Make sure the ad finished and the app stayed open until the reward screen returned. Send the approximate time, device model, and what reward was expected.

Crash or performance issue

Restart the app and confirm whether the problem repeats. If possible, include the level, skin, or action that triggered the issue.

Sound, language, or settings

Check in-game settings first. If a setting does not persist after restart, email support with the exact setting name.

Local progress

AIRROW currently stores progress mainly on the device. Removing the app or clearing app data may remove local progress.

Privacy requests

For data deletion or privacy questions, use the Privacy Requests page or email the same support address.
