AIRROW is published by bugyellow. AIRROW does not require a custom AIRROW account to play and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, camera, microphone, or payment details inside the app.
The app uses or may use third-party services for advertising, consent management, analytics, crash diagnostics, and optional platform leaderboards. These services may process device, app, advertising, gameplay, usage, and diagnostic information as described below and in their own privacy documentation.
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics are configured for AIRROW release builds and dedicated sandbox testing builds. Development or GM test builds are configured to disable Firebase collection unless a sandbox test configuration is explicitly used.
Information We Handle
- Local gameplay data: game progress, level state, settings, language, vibration/audio choices, skin selections, and skin unlocks may be stored locally on your device.
- Advertising data: Google Mobile Ads / AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location or region, device and app information, ad interactions, rewarded/interstitial ad delivery information, and fraud-prevention signals to show, limit, secure, and measure ads.
- Consent data: Google User Messaging Platform may process and store advertising consent or privacy-choice signals when a consent message or privacy options screen is shown.
- Analytics data: Firebase Analytics may collect app interactions and app activity events such as app start, game start, level start, level complete, level fail, rewarded ad requested, rewarded ad granted, and shop/open events, together with limited parameters such as app version, platform, build type, language, level, skin mode, skin ID, ad placement, and non-free-text reason/source labels. AIRROW does not intentionally send names, emails, account IDs, or free-text personal content to analytics.
- Crash diagnostics: Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash logs, stack traces, exception information, device and operating system information, app version/build, app state, and custom diagnostic keys such as level, scene, language, ad mode, skin state, and Firebase environment to help fix stability issues.
- Platform leaderboard data: if you choose to use Google Play Games leaderboards on Android, Google Play Games Services may process your Google Play Games gamer identity, profile visibility, leaderboard scores, SDK diagnostics, and related gameplay progress. AIRROW submits the main leaderboard score as passed levels and may attach score metadata such as the completed level and clear time in milliseconds. AIRROW does not use Google Play Games friends lists, avatars, Saved Games, cloud save, or a custom leaderboard server.
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message.
How We Use Information
- To provide gameplay, save local progress, and remember app settings.
- To show, limit, measure, and improve ads and rewarded ad experiences.
- To understand app performance, improve game balance, and prioritize fixes.
- To diagnose crashes and technical problems.
- To submit and show native platform leaderboard scores when you choose to use platform leaderboards.
- To respond to support, privacy, or store-related questions.
Third-Party Services
AIRROW may use Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play Games Services. These services are provided by Google or Firebase and may collect or process data under their own policies.
Your Choices
- If a consent prompt or privacy options screen is shown in your region, you can use it to manage advertising choices.
- You can reset or limit advertising identifiers using your device or Google account settings where those controls are available.
- You can play AIRROW without opening the platform leaderboard. Google Play Games leaderboard features are optional and are managed through Google Play Games and your Google account settings.
- You can delete local AIRROW progress and settings by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data from your device settings.
- You can contact us at bugyellow2021@gmail.com or use Privacy Requests for privacy questions or deletion requests.
- Because AIRROW currently has no custom AIRROW account system, we may not be able to identify or delete a specific user's local-only progress from our side. Google Play Games profile and per-game Play Games data are handled by Google Play Games and Google account controls.
Children
AIRROW is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, please contact us and we will review the request.
Retention and Security
Local gameplay data remains on your device unless you delete the app or clear its data. Local leaderboard cache remains on your device until the app data is cleared. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain reasonable records. Data sent through Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or Google Play Games Services is handled by those services under their own retention, security, and transport practices. We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle, but no method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when AIRROW changes, when SDKs are added or removed, or when legal or store requirements change. The updated date above will be revised when this page changes materially.
