Use this page for AIRROW data deletion questions, privacy access requests, and privacy support.
Email bugyellow2021@gmail.com with the subject "AIRROW Privacy Request". Tell us what you are asking for, your device platform, app version if known, and any other details that may help us understand the request.
Please do not include passwords, payment information, government IDs, or other sensitive documents unless we specifically request more information.
AIRROW currently does not use an account system. Game progress, settings, and skin unlocks are mainly stored locally on your device. You can remove local AIRROW data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data from your device settings.
Because local-only progress is stored on your device, bugyellow may not be able to identify or delete that local progress remotely.
Some advertising, analytics, consent, and crash diagnostic information may be processed by Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or related Google services. These providers process data under their own policies and controls.
We will review privacy requests that involve AIRROW and respond where we can reasonably identify information connected to the request.
We aim to respond to privacy requests within a reasonable time. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or object to certain processing of personal data. We may need limited information to verify and handle a request.
